A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

From storage closet to next chapter.

01 / REQUEST

Tell us about your devices.

Share the models, quantities, condition and ownership details. We’ll request an IMEI or serial-number list before approving devices for shipment.

02 / REVIEW

Review your offer and shipping plan.

We review device eligibility and provide a preliminary offer. Shipment instructions, packaging and any shipping costs are agreed before you send anything.

03 / COMPLETE

Confirm the value. Complete the buyback.

Received devices are inspected against the submitted details. We confirm the final offer and arrange payment under the agreed terms.

WHAT WE BUY

Start with your smartphone fleet.

Have other company-owned electronics? Include them in your request so we can review the full lot.

Corporate smartphones

iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones and other business smartphones, subject to model, condition and eligibility review.

Tablets & other electronics

iPads, Android tablets and other electronics may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance is confirmed before shipment.

Preparing devices for buyback

Devices must be company-owned and authorized for sale. Remove Apple Activation Lock / Find My, Google account locks and enterprise management restrictions. Carrier-lock status should be disclosed separately.

Locked or ineligible devices are not accepted for paid buyback. Do not ship them without a separate written arrangement.

BUILT AROUND BUSINESS

Less idle equipment.
More useful value.

OPP gives IT and operations teams a practical place to start when devices reach the end of their time with your business.

Do I need every IMEI to request a quote?

You can start with models and quantities. An IMEI or serial-number list is required before devices are approved for shipment.

Can I sell devices that are still locked?

Account-locked and enterprise-restricted devices are not eligible for paid buyback. Resolve these restrictions before shipment. Carrier-lock status is reviewed separately.

Is the initial quote guaranteed?

No. Preliminary offers depend on the details provided. Final value is confirmed after device inspection, with any changes explained before acceptance.

What about company data?

Back up and erase company data before shipment, and remove accounts and management profiles. Discuss any additional data-handling requirements before accepting an offer. No certified data destruction service is promised.
